1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Soukees. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Platform.
2. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and up-to-date.
3. Products, Pricing, and Weights
We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. However, due to the nature of our business:
- Weight Variations & Cleaning Loss: The weight of the fish mentioned on the Platform is the gross weight before cleaning. Depending on the type of fish and the cutting preference (e.g., Curry Cut, Fry Cut), there will be a standard cleaning loss ranging from 15% to 30%. You will be billed based on the gross weight.
- Availability: All items are subject to daily catch and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if a specific item becomes unavailable.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change daily based on market harbor rates without prior notice.
4. Orders and Delivery
- Orders can be placed through our Platform or via our official WhatsApp channel.
- Delivery slots are subject to availability. While we make every effort to deliver within your chosen time slot, unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic) may cause delays.
- Upon delivery, please inspect the items. Any issues regarding quality or missing items must be reported to our delivery personnel immediately or to our customer support within 2 hours of delivery.
5. Payments
We accept online payments (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking) and Cash/UPI on Delivery (COD/Pay on Delivery). All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Soukees does not store your complete payment card details.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or dispatched from our hub. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds: If you receive a spoiled or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Valid claims will be refunded to your original payment method or credited to your Soukees wallet within 5-7 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform, including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, and software, is the property of Soukees and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Soukees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Platform or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
